Miss Kristin has been a teacher in the Infant Room for the past 11 years, her last 3 with the Kidstop Family. She finds great joy in watching the babies grow, learn, and develop into Toddlers. Everyday brings new changes and new experiences. Miss Kristin has a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Bridgewater State University, and has 2 children, both whom are part of the Kidstop Family.
Miss Susy has been a big part of Kidstop for the past 14 years. Miss Susy's love of children is obvious in her ever-ready smiles and hugs. Her biggest joy is watching our babies take their first steps and grow into busy, happy toddlers.
Miss Christina has been a part of the Kidstop family for the last two years. Her deep love for infants is evident in her daily routines with them. She is so involved in their every tasks and can often be found rolling on the floor and playing around with the infants. She takes so much pride when they reach their milestones and watching the infants grow are some of her happiest moments.
Miss Cait comes from a family of 10 siblings, 9 girls and 1 boy, so being around children and helping them grow is second nature to her! She's been around kids here entire life and is very family oriented. Miss Cait has been working at Kidstop for about 8 years. She started as an intern with the Carver High School Program and became a full time employee in 2007. Miss Cait has spent time in the Pre-K classroom in addition to the Toddler 1 class she is in now. The children at Kidstop mean a lot to Miss Cait and she loves watching them grow and learn.
Miss Kristen has lived in Carver her whole life. She is 1 of 6 children and has lots of nieces and nephews, 2 children, and 2 grandchildren to keep her busy! Miss Kristen has been at Kidstop since March 2009. What began as a substitute position lead to an assistant, and finally, a teaching certificate through Quincy College. She has been in the Toddler 1 room at Kidstop for 6 years. Miss Kristen loves watching the babies come from the infant room and seeing how quickly they become free spirited toddlers.
Miss Angie has been working at Kidstop for the past 14 years, opening the doors along side Miss Ginny. She is the lead teacher certified in Infants & Toddlers, where she has spent teaching most of those 14 years. "Toddlers are my life an they bring such joy to each and everyday," she quotes. She loves to come to work and teach all children how to learn, love, and have fun. Recently, Miss Angie just completed her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. In her spare time, she enjoys walking on the beach, scrap-booking, and curling up with a good book.
Miss Patty has been part of the Kidstop family for 14 years. She loves teaching three year old children and being able to assist them as they develop their own independent thinking and learning skills while forming their own individual personalities. Miss Patty recently received her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Miss Patty has 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren whom she loves to watch grow as well.
Miss Jen has worked at Kidstop for 7 years now, but it all started 20 years ago as one of Miss Ginny's students! She has worked with children in the Preschool, Pre-K and Pre-K 2 classes. With all her experiences, Miss Jen has found the preschool age group to be her favorite. The growth the students show in just one year amazes her, and she loves to see the children progress from toddlers to children with their own unique personalities. "They make coming to work everyday an adventure!"
Miss Cheryll has been a teacher for over 25 years and has worked with children of all ages. She has taught Pre-K at Kidstop for 11 years. She loves watching the children grow and learn as they prepare for Kindergarten. Miss Cheryll is from Dedham, Massachusetts, but has lived in Plymouth for 16 years since her husband's retirement from the Marine Corps. They have been married for 40 years and have been blessed with a daughter, a son-in-law and 3 wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys reading, traveling, photography, and anything creative.
The Pre-K group is Miss Crystal's favorite age to work with. She enjoys helping children prepare for Kindergarten as well as fostering social-emotional growth and independence while encouraging children to learn about the world around them as they explore stories. She encourages children to share stories about the families, pets, and activities they partake in. And of course, no day would be complete without a story about her two beloved cats, Jujubee and Jesse! Miss Crystal has worked in the early childhood field for over 7 years. She graduated from the Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School childcare program in 2004. After 4 years of studying early childhood education, she received her preschool teacher certification through EEC has been teaching ever since. In addition to her teacher certification, Miss Crystal is also working to finish her degree in Human Services.
Miss Betty is our assistant teacher in the Pre-K classroom. She also works as floater and has the privilege to work in many of the classrooms watching all the children grow. Miss Betty was born and raised in Belize and came to the United States five years ago. Her passion and devotion for children and learning is evident and her dedication is obvious in her smiles and hugs.
Miss Mel has wanted to work with children since her early teens. She began her journey in high school, where she participated in the preschool program at her school, and then worked at a nearby day care center her senior year. Withing a few years of graduating high school, Miss Mel began her work as an assistant in a day care program. Through college courses and experiences, she became a certified as a director. For almost 27 years, Miss Mel has worked in every capacity from assistant to director, however, she has found her true passion to be teaching children and working directly with them. That's what has brought her to Kidstop. She currently lives in Kingston with her husband and her twin children, Connor and Carlie.
Miss Angela is Miss Ginny's youngest daughter. She grew up helping Miss Ginny in her home childcare and transitioned to becoming a teacher at Kidstop working with toddlers. After many years, and having her own growing family of three boys, she helps Miss Ginny with administrative
